Being Purva...
Between the early childhood and the present, I studied in Holy Child Auxilium School and then went to Acharya Narendra Dev College(ANDC), Delhi University to study B.Com (Hons).
The convent environment of the school instilled most of the moral values I hold today. Admission in ANDC was the saddest thing that happened to me. It was a college nobody had heard of; an off-campus college that did not even look like a 'college'.

After despising it for first two months I learnt ways to enjoy and accept whatever I was blessed with. Most of my classmates continued to grumble about how-bad-our-college-was. But I decided to think differently. 'Regret' is a meaningless word for me since then and I have managed being pretty much on the happy side of life.
In college, I was one of the few students who knew what they wanted to do after graduation. I was extremely proud to be sure that I wanted to take up journalism. The pride made me think that no institute would deny me admission. Four months after the graduation exams were enough to prove me wrong. I had no where to go, nothing to do. But I was still adamant that I wanted to be a journalist. While I waited for Times School of Journalism (Times of India) to hold the entrance exam, I took up a job as a content writer here. Now, I am standing on the threshold of saying good-bye to Times School of Journalism and hopeful of interning in the Economic Times.
Narcissism is no sin
